The online Marchon Performance Training Program will deliver a challenging and exciting mix of exercises pushing your body within different realms of fitness. Maximising your training time, optimising your performance & ultimately giving you a body that moves well and looks good.
The program is designed to ignite your training aspirations and reawaken your passion for health and fitness!
The program will consist of 5 well thought out training sessions delivered each week. You’ll regain the passion for training in the confidence that each workout is improving the way you perform. Each session will be varied, incorporating a wide range of strength and conditioning elements building the ultimate competitor & ensure progress week to week.
The program will be monitored weekly under the guidance of our 4 experienced coaches.

- High rep Finishers
There will be a Facebook group available for constant support around the clock for comments & questions regarding workouts. We will provide video demonstrations on key lifts as well as constant tips on how to get the most from each and every session.
