Our online training group is designed to take your training to the next level, improving performance both inside & outside of the gym. Marchon Performance will provide continuous online support and embed you in a community of like-minded people with similar goals.

Marchon Performance is where it's at; as a semi-professional footballer, it's incredibly important to be training in a functional manner that increases your strength, power, speed and engine to improve your overall performance on the pitch. On top of performance, another vital component, which is why most of us train, is aesthetics which these boys take very good care of within the programme!

Having tried numerous training and nutritional plans in the past, I always found that the ones I followed never really changed. So, after a period of time, say 6 – 8 weeks, I am bored of the food, craving things I ‘can’t’ have and the training has become dull and repetitive. Joining the Online Group Training programme has been invaluable for me. Like most people, my love for training and nutrition stems from the desire to look and feel better about myself. While more traditional resistance and strength-based training programmes had allowed me to achieve the physique I wanted, I recently found myself bored and not enjoying my sessions in the gym. This is where the boys at Marchon Performance come in! Their belief in training for performance rather than aesethetics is something I think a lot of people could benefit from. The programme challenges you in new ways each week, whether this is through exercises you may not have done before or the conditioning at the end of each session. During the first block of the programme I found my performance (strength, conditioning, mobility) improving session on session, and by the end I felt better than I had in a long time (whilst still being happy with how I looked). So although the focus may not be on "transforming your physique", anyone who follows the programme is also going to feel and look better!
